Chicken Mushroom Bake Recipe
An exclusive, Bariatric Choice-infused, high protein spin on a delicious meal time favorite.
Makes 2 servings
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (3 oz each)
- 1 packet Bariatric Choice High Protein Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup fresh, sliced mushrooms
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Lemon pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix contents of soup packet with 6 oz boiling water.
Add mushrooms and garlic. Place chicken in small casserole baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Pour cream of mushroom soup mixture over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes or until done.
Serving suggestion: serve with 1/4 cup brown rice and 1/4 cup cooked carrots
