Bariatric-Friendly Chicken Mushroom Bake Recipe

Chicken Mushroom Bake Recipe

An exclusive, Bariatric Choice-infused, high protein spin on a delicious meal time favorite.

Ingredients

Makes 2 servings

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix contents of soup packet with 6 oz boiling water.

Add mushrooms and garlic. Place chicken in small casserole baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Pour cream of mushroom soup mixture over chicken.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes or until done.

Serving suggestion: serve with 1/4 cup brown rice and 1/4 cup cooked carrots

    On the chicken mushroom bake – is the nutritional info just for the chicken? I noticed a side suggestion was brown rice and carrots, but I figured there would be more carbs if that was counted in. Just wondering- the chicken sounds delicious and I would probably skip the rice and carrots. Love the recipe idea.

      Rebecca, yes, the nutritional info is only for the main chicken recipe and does not include the optional rice and carrots suggestion.
