Berry Frosty Protein Shake
- ½ scoop Syntrax Nectar Crystal Sky Protein Powder (or any other flavor!)
- ½ cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup skim milk
- 2-3 ice cubes
- Add additional water if needed
Combine the skim milk, yogurt and protein powder mix in a blender.
Blend for 20 seconds, then add ice and blend for 30 seconds on high.
